This is version 1.0 of the schedule for Spring 2021. Things could change depending on how we progress. If we move more slowly or more quickly than I plan, adjustments will be made. There is certainly more than enough material to cover.

• Meeting 1: Introduction to Course and Introduction to Unix, Emacs, and C.
• Meeting 2: Getting started with Emacs and C.

Week of January 17:

• Meeting 3: Programming Basics in C.
• Meeting 4: Basic C: Loops and Conditionals.

Week of January 24:

• Meeting 5: Functions and Introduction to Arrays.
• Meeting 6: Strings, and more with Arrays.

Week of January 31:

• Meeting 7: More work with Unix.
• Meeting 8: More Unix and Introduction the Memory and Bit Models.
