    Telemetry Project Overview


    Introduction



          One objective is single-channel, digital communciation between ground control and the airborne platform via a dedicated RF channel. The ground-to-air link is a dedicated RF channel which would also contain digitized control information; the air-to-ground link is embedded in the NTSC video signal.
