In this assignment, you will create a web page using CGI/Python that chooses a person from our class and displays their name and their picture. There should be two buttons on the page. When you press "next", the page should load the next person on the list. When you press "previous", the page should load the previous person on the list. When you get to the end of the list, pressing "next" should cycle back to the beginning of the list.
