Review: Scope, Runtime values; due 11/16

Do Exercises 8.12 and 8.13 modified as follows:

For exercise 8.12, draw an arrow from each use of a variable to its declaration.
For exercise 8.13, use your own interpreter to evaluate the expressions (after rewriting them in an appropriate abstract syntax).

For the first part, turn in the expressions annotated with the arrows. For the second part, turn in the interpreter you use and the abstract syntax of the expressions.
