We received their first memorandum dated April 16, 2000 indicating their interest in pursuing a sister city relationship with Bloomington, Indiana.
Rev. Lubanga is the priest of the Kabula Anglican church just outside Bungoma. Rev. Sasaka is the Anglican Bishop of the Nzoia Diocese with his seat in Bungoma. Of course, Bungoma has many other churches and temples and a mosque.
