Object-oriented programming is really about distributed programming.

What does that mean? What is an operational analogy for the entire process discussed here?

Here's a hint: a man, wearing a set of headphones, through which it communicates with other men.

He's used them for so long he doesn't even realize he's wearing them when he has them on.

He doesn't make any conscious effort to send his voice through the speakers.

He doesn't even have to hold them; if they're on him they're almost part of him.

Putting the headphones on is like extending a Remote interface.
