  • A small collection of problems about Computability is posted here. A similar collection for Feasibility will be posted early tomorrow.

  • As discussed in class, the deadline for Assignment 11 is postponed to end-of-day tomorrow, W Dec 4. Assignment 12 will be posted on W or R. It will be due by 12pm on Wednesday the 11, so that we'll be able to go over it in class later that day, as a preparation for the final.

  • Miderm 1 score distribution is here.

  • Solutions for Assignment 8 are posted.

  • Assignment 9 is posted. Due F Nov 15.

  • Solutions for Mid 1 are posted.

Grading policy

  • Assignments: 40%.
    Roughly weekly. Expected 10-12 for the course.
    Your two worst scores will be disregarded.
    Assignment submitted late by less than 48 hours will get scored, with a penalty of 10%.
  • Midterm exam: 30%
  • Cumulative final exam: 30%. Monday Dec 16, 12:40-2:40, in classroom.
  • Grading methodology: Your combined score is calculated from the separate scores above.
    The cut-offs scores between course letter-grades will consider the class distribution of combined scores.
