Please give a test to them this week in lab:

problem 12.16 on page 318

Start with this, give them about an hour, during that hour
individually give them help in finishing the program. Grade
for this lab should come from the interaction with them. You
need to make sure that they:

a) have done their work for the day (convert craps game program
see the code developed in class last Tuesday, as a starting point)

and in the new program:

b) use only one listener
c) build the interface through main without extending JFrame
d) provide three buttons, 5 labels, 2 text fields
e) listener provides the right functionality
f) extra: when the user retypes the amount the total is erased

Grading guidelines:

a) 50 points
b) 10
c) 10
d) 10
e) 10
f) 10

  100 points total

This should take about an hour. In the remaining time discuss the
flag quiz program. I posted the code for what we did in class on Tue
yesterday.

Last week I couldn't come to labs, I will this week.

I am updating grades now, I have been doing this for the past three
days and will send you a note when I am done with what's left and what
is coming. Thanks again for all your help.
